I'm Ed Fink, and these are my 360 degree panoramas. I was the first VR photographer in the world to do fullscreen 360° panoramas from a helicopter.

Now I'm a Google Street View Trusted Photographer in Minneapolis shooting Street View tours inside  local businesses.

Aerial Photography and Videography

Although my primary focus now is on shooting indoor 360° panoramas for Google Street View, I still love shooting aerials - whether it's from a real helicopter or my quadcopter.

My quadcopter is actually more exciting than shooting from a helicopter. In a helicopter I'm concentrating on my cameras (and worrying that if something goes wrong and I don't get the shot I'll have to pay for the helicopter myself!), but with the quadcopter I'm doing the flying. I wear goggles to see what the quadcopter sees, and it seems so real that I lean from side to side as I fly around obstacles, I duck when I fly under tree branches, I hold my breath when I fly over water. It's a blast!

I created this page to display some of my aerial photography and video. I'm still building my flying skills and my Adobe Premiere/After Effects skills, and trying to determine the best settings, so these videos vary in exposure, saturation, sharpness, stabilization, lens correction, etc.
